We offer 4 Ways to Process Your Order:

That’s wonderful – the more the merrier! Buying for a big family is expensive and we want to help. Please take advantage of our discounts for large families. The following discounts apply to purchases of the same or coordinating items including our matching family shirts, pajamas and sets:

- 8 or more items = 15% discount on your entire order
- 12 or more items = 20% discount on your entire order
- 18 or more items = 25% discount on your entire order and FREE standard shipping

To receive your large order discount, please send us a quick email at customerservice@footstepsclothing.com and we will send you a coupon code to receive your discount at checkout. You are also always welcome to call us to receive your discount code by phone or to place your order by phone.

Shipping Time
Most items will ship within 1-2 days of receiving the order (unless otherwise stated in the product description; certain products require additional time to ship or ship directly from the designer as stated). If an item requires additional time to ship (e.g. backordered) it will state that in the description of the item. While we strive to keep inventory current, on occasion we will sell out of a particular item and your package will require additional time to ship. In this instance you will receive a separate email notification of the backordered status and expected ship date.

At checkout you will have the option to select Standard or Express shipping within the United States or Standard Shipping to Canada. Standard shipping will generally arrive to you within 3-5 days from shipment. Express shipping will arrive to you within 1-2 days from shipment. Please note that we ship from Cary, North Carolina. Generally, orders shipped via Standard Shipping to East Coast destinations will arrive within 2-3 days, MidWest in 3-4 days and the West coast in 4-5 days.

STANDARD Shipping Rates (USA)
Standard Shipping rates are based on total purchase price of your order (taking into account any discounts or coupons):
- up to $50 shipping cost is $6.00
- $51 - $100 shipping cost is $8.00
- $101 - $200 shipping cost is $12.00
- over $200 shipping cost is $14.00 (maximum shipping cost regardless of how much merchandise is ordered)

EXPRESS Shipping (USA)
If you would like expedited shipping, please select Express shipping at checkout or call us at (919)462-1600 or email us at customerservice@footstepsclothing.com with a phone number where you can be reached. Generally, orders placed by 11:00 AM (EST) will ship the same day for Express Shipping. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will ship the following day. Fees for Express shipping are:
-$0-$50 = $21.00
-$51-$100 = $23.00
-$101-$200 = $27.00
-$201 and up = $34.00

CANADA Shipping Rates
Fees for shipping to CANADA via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days) are:
-$0-$50 = $17.00
-$51-$100 = $22.00
-$101-$200 = $28.00
-$201 and up = $38.00

We will make every effort to accomodate your shipping needs and preference. Please contact us for particular arrangements.

Shipping Locations
We ship within the continental United States, Hawaii and APO addresses as well as Canada and international locations. For a shipment outside the US or Canada, please call us at (919)462-1600 or email us at customerservice@footstepsclothing.com to place your order. Shipping costs to international locations will vary. We typically ship UPS to locations outside the USA and simply pass the shipping cost directly to you plus a $2 surcharge. International orders can take up to 2-4 weeks to clear customs and be delivered. Please be aware we are not responsible for tariff and custom duties.

Backordered Items
Due to the nature of our items, we generally hold all items of an order until the order is complete and ship all together. Time estimates to ship for backordered items by product and size are contained in the product description. Upon placing an order, you will always receive an email notification of your expected ship date. We give you the option of shipping currently available items earlier with backordered items to follow and will do so at your request.


Return for Refund Policy & Exceptions
Footsteps Clothing wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. There are a few important exceptions to returns for refund:
  • You can initiate a return for most new and unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
  • You must return items in new and unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund or deny the refund for damaged or used products
  • If the return is a result of our error or defective product we will replace the items immediately (please contact us right away) or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges
  • Holiday/Gift Items: We cannot offer refunds for Holiday-themed items returned to us after December 15. Please do not send us holiday-themed items for refund after Dec. 15. They will be returned to you and the sale deemed final.
  • We are happy to encourage early shopping for holiday gift items. All holiday-themed items and items purchased as holiday gifts may be exchanged FOR SIZE up to 90 days from purchase date. We cannot offer refunds on any items after 30 days, but are happy to ensure you have purchased the correct size.
  • Large orders: Orders returned for refund in value of $200 or greater will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. We are ALWAYS happy to offer exchanges for size on any order, but we cannot offer full refunds on large orders.
  • Please allow up to 7 days for refunds (excluding shipping charges and restocking fee, if any) to be applied
How To Place a Return:
Please complete the Returns/Exchange Form and include it with your return package to the address on the form.


Exchanges Policy
Exchanges for size are always fast and easy.
  • Sets : Partial returns/exchanges – Yes! We are happy to offer exchange for a part of a set. For example, If you PJ top fits great but you prefer a larger size pants, no problem. Just complete the Return/Exchanges form for the partial set item.
  • Holiday/Gift Items: We are happy to encourage early shopping for holiday gift items. All holiday-themed items and items purchased as holiday gifts may be exchanged FOR SIZE up to 90 days from purchase date. We cannot offer refunds on any items after 30 days, but are happy to ensure you have purchased the correct size.
  • Non-holiday items can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Please allow 3-5 days for your exchange items to ship to you (although we strive to process your exchange immediately).

How To Place an Exchange:
Please complete the Returns/Exchanges Form and include it with your package to the address on the form.

For availability of exchange items and additional information please email us at customerservice@FootstepsClothing.com. We are happy to hold your exchange size/item in our warehouse so you are sure it will be in stock and to facilitate fast processing.

Shipping Policies
Footsteps Clothing LLC is not responsible for shipments once placed in the hands of the shipping company.

Cancelled orders must be made within 5 hours of the order being placed. A package is only able to be cancelled if the package has not been sent. Once sent it is the customer's responsibility to send the package back to Footsteps Clothing. The customer will not be refunded for shipping. Once we pass the goods to the shipping company, the buyer bears all costs and risk of loss or damage to the goods from that point and is bound by UPS and USPS Terms and Conditions. Loss or damage of goods is a very rare event.

Footsteps Clothing's number one goal is customer service and we will do everything we can to help our valued customer base locate their package.
